Vacant One Bedroom House in Kisumu, Kamakaa Near Riverside Academy @ KSh 8,500: Photos and Details

There are several good vacant houses near Riverside Academy. The stage is Kamakaa, where there is a trader selling charcoal. You then walk a few kilometres to the houses. The owner is called Nyambati.

The amazing thing is that the houses are spacious, have balconies, and water is available throughout. There is also no noise, which provides a conducive environment for peace.

The houses are near the main road and within walking distance, and the matatu fare to Kisumu Town is only KSh 50.
