Lolwe Kisumu: Modern Estate with Luxury Apartments and Tarmacked Feeder Roads

Lolwe Kisumu: Modern Estate with Luxury Apartments and Tarmacked Feeder Roads

Lolwe Estate is located between Kibos Road and the Kisumu–Kakamega Highway. The area is well connected, and most residents use 14-seater matatus whose stage is near Kisumu Boys High School. The matatus pass through Kondela–Kibos Road and branch off near the car wash junction. The fare to town is around KSh 50. The estate neighbours Migosi Estate to the west.

Most residents are working-class people, and many own cars. A small number of residents are students whose parents can afford rent in the area, as housing is slightly expensive compared to other estates.

Most houses are one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. They are modern, clean, well-furnished, gated, and equipped with CCTV security systems. There are also a few courts in some areas. Bedsitters are also available for low-budget tenants such as students, starting from around Ksh 10,000 per month.
