This estate is one of the best options for students studying at the University of Eldoret. It has cheap and very affordable apartments, which best suit student rentals. Kapsoya Estate has many single rooms and bedsitters that range from 2,000 to 7,500 Kenyan shillings.

It also has many “vibandas,” hotels, groceries, mini-shops, and many other amenities where students living in Kapsoya can access goods easily. It is also centrally located and only a few meters from Eldoret town. It is quite secure as many people are living there, and it is also surrounded by security lights and CCTV cameras. It is clearly evident that Kapsoya is a safe and affordable estate.

Langas Estate

Langas Estate is not too far from Eldoret CBD and is one of the most developed estates around Eldoret. Despite Langas having middle-class earners, it can also accommodate students since it has many affordable bedsitters and a smaller number of single rooms.

It is located along the road on your way to Kapsabet, hence easily accessible.
