Some part of Mamboleo is also a good spot to find a house at a low cost.

Another challenge is that most apartment gates do not display vacancy notices. This makes it difficult for house hunters to know where vacant units are, creating room for fraudsters to mislead desperate tenants.

• Lolwe Estate – It is one of the most popular estates due to its proximity to the CBD, good security, clean environment, and quality apartment buildings. Most middle-class workers prefer this area.

• Milimani Estate – This is a high-end residential area mainly occupied by the wealthy. Houses here are more spacious and expensive, making it ideal for those seeking a quiet and luxurious lifestyle.
