New Apartment in Lolwe Kisumu with Bedsitters and Two-Bedroom Units

A new apartment that was under construction has now been completed in LolweKisumu. The apartment has several two-bedroom units and five bedsitter units.

The apartment is located about 400 metres from the Lolwe entrance, near the feeder road. It is easy to spot because the building is painted white.

The monthly rent is KSh 25,000 for the two-bedroom units and KSh 12,000 for the bedsitters. Tenants are required to pay a security deposit.
